Communications and leadership development professional. A strategic business partner to executives.
Most of my clients have the skills. They know how to lead and perform. Under pressure (the big presentation, live Q&A, difficult conversation, or spontaneous moment) they freeze, react, or go blank. Afterward they think, “that wasn’t me.”
Preparation wasn’t the problem. Their automatic stress response, rooted in nervous system science, is what we work with.

Four values run through the work:

It works at two layers: communication and leadership expertise, and the science underneath, what the nervous system does under pressure and how to build the capacity to stay clear in the moments that count.
