Awareness – 90 minutes

Understand your body’s stress response

  • Do an educational burnout stress test. Review visual data on your stress response patterns

Q&A

No. This is somatic coaching and nervous system education, not psychotherapy or medical care. It follows the ICF Code of Ethics, which defines coaching as a non-clinical, future-oriented partnership.

Mental health diagnoses are not made. Clients experiencing psychological distress are referred to licensed professionals. Many clients choose to work with a psychotherapist alongside coaching.

This is trauma-informed coaching, not clinical therapy. The work supports individuals experiencing the effects of stress or trauma—such as dysregulation, emotional reactivity, or exhaustion—through body-based awareness and nervous system training.

A biofeedback-based stress test can help visualize how your nervous system responds to and recovers from stress. It is educational, not diagnostic.

The test may include a modified Harvard stress protocol, used in some Swiss burnout clinics, which measures indicators such as heart rate variability (HRV), breathing patterns, and autonomic stress response.

Some services—such as biofeedback—may qualify for reimbursement under Swiss supplementary insurance from 2026, depending on my registration status and your policy. Please ask during the first session.

We focus on a specific stressor, challenge, or goal. Sessions include somatic coaching, nervous system regulation tools, and awareness-building practices.

Depending on your needs, we may explore:

  • Goal setting or pattern identification (sometimes supported by assessments)
  • Body-based regulation skills and somatic techniques
  • Awareness of stress and emotional response patterns


Sessions are experiential, educational, and tailored to your coaching objectives. They are not clinical treatment.

This is nervous system training—like physical fitness, it builds over time with regular practice.

Outcomes depend on individual commitment and consistency. This is a learning process, not a therapeutic intervention.

This coaching is for individuals who want to manage stress, strengthen resilience, and improve emotional and nervous system regulation.

It is not appropriate for individuals in acute psychological crisis or those in need of medical or psychiatric care. In such cases, licensed psychotherapy is recommended.
