Relaxation that
lasts for days

Outdoor team building and resilience training.
Nervous system regulation tools for every day.

“The team is in overdrive,
they need a break.”

Constant pressure can keep your body and nervous system stuck in defense mode: cortisol rises, decision-making narrows, and emotional regulation shuts down.

What You’ll Experience

Forest bathing is a guided immersion in nature rooted in neuroscience to support self-regulation and social connection. The Polyvagal Theory shows how our bodies need cues of safety to shift out of survival mode and into connection, clarity, and calm.

With a series of invitations (easy activities with nature), you’ll learn to use your senses to shift your nervous system into a state of safety.

  • Sight, sound, and touch (exteroception)
  • Body awareness and movement (proprioception)

It’s not a nature walk, exercise or mindfulness in nature. You sit, stand, play, and connect with nature in a way that relaxes.

Teams often experience a deeper connection with each other. They take home nature practices to use every day and experience a deep relaxation that can last for days.

Forest bathing is a fun, relaxing outdoor experience for resilience and well-being.

You learn how to support your nervous sytem to relax, feel safe and restore--with nature as the guide.

Originally developed in Japan in the 1980s to address workplace stress, forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku, or Waldbaden in German) is a research-backed practice that supports relaxation, focus, and resilience. An authentic experience is not a hike or a mindfulness walk.

Shinrin-yoku means bathing in the forest atmosphere, or taking in the forest through our senses.
